I could say you only cover minimum in balance mode, because im not sure balance mode is high enough, full performance is then you should get over 3.6 assuming game devs have optimize game for throttle laptop, and not all do games devs even bother mention laptop at all. Your laptop throttle from2.6ghz to intel boot cover it, and some games dont like that.
